    Ready to monopolize the books you love and maybe a few new ones too? Join our Adult Winter Reading Program and mark off spots on your Readopoly board by reading books. Pick and choose or roll your way around if you want. Each set you complete earns you one drawing for Chamber Bucks as well as a free book for each participant that completes short book reviews! Stop by the circulation desk to pick up your Readopoly Board with the rules and instructions on how to play. The program starts on Friday, January 15 and goes through Sunday, February 28.

  2. Food Faces Healthy Snack Challenge

    January 19, 2021, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Held virtually through Google Meet

    New Ulm Public Library is partnering with Allina’s Heart of New Ulm program to help you keep your family’s healthy eating resolution for 2021. On Tuesday, January 19 at 6:30 p.m. we are holding a virtual food completion to see who can make the most interesting and original food face out of healthy snack food. We will have Linda Carruthers, Registered Dietician at the Springfield Clinic of Allina, and a part of the HONU team join us to talk about healthy food and answer your questions. Create the most expressive food face out of the healthy snacks and win a prize. Use this to register your family. Registration for this event will close on Saturday, January 17 at 5:00 p.m.
