Vogel Fieldhouse
Our facility is currently under construction. Vogel Fieldhouse and racquetball courts are available through March 31, 2021, but the indoor pool and locker rooms are closed for construction on our new aquatic center, indoor playground and wellness center, which is expected to open late summer 2021.
The New Ulm Recreation Center’s Vogel Fieldhouse offers the following:
- 3-lane walking track (0.1 mile)
- Fitness center with strength and cardio equipment (must be at least 15 years and up) has been relocated to the Vogel Fieldhouse to maintain physical distancing
- Group fitness classes offered 6 days per week (some have been relocated to the Civic Center).
- Multipurpose rubber floor courts for:
- Basketball
- Open gym
- Pickleball
- Pre-school gym opportunities
- Tennis
- Volleyball
- More
- Racquetball and wallyball courts
Coming Late Summer / Autumn 2021!
- Group fitness studio
- Multiple purpose rooms for parties and meetings
- Multi-level indoor playground for toddlers and up
- New aquatic center with:
- Climbing wall
- Flume slides
- Full service men, women and gender neutral locker rooms will be available
- Minnesota’s first and only Ninja Cross System
- Zero depth swimming pool
